Anybody else have a “thoughts blown” expertise on social media? From somebody who you THOUGHT you knew?
I am somewhat shocked by a few of the nasty issues which have been in my social media feed. I’ve needed to un-follow members of the family and pals.
And are you aware what? That is okay!
I really feel like I’ve had a curler coaster of feelings since COVID hit the US
On daily basis is a brand new journey.
I am nearly afraid to show the information on every night time to see what is going on on.
I made a decision to take a break from social media for the weekend. I’ve felt so a lot better, that I will prolong it this week.
I’ll create posts right here and share them to my social media platforms.
However so far as scrolling via my feed ….. I am too previous and cranky to cope with people who find themselves posting some outrageous issues.
Want a break from social media?
You will survive.
And it’s possible you’ll simply discover time to get to a few of these books you have been eager to learn.
Or crochet, or paint, or no matter you wish to do for an outlet.
Your psychological well being will thanks.
